Devils Horizon

A night like any other
It’s just a party, its ok
Substances confuse a minds reality
Its always fun isn’t it?
Spend some time with well fortified souls
Those whom a clandestine pastime has morphed to habit
You’re sure to experience the highs and the lows
More than you’ve ever done
It’s fine, relatively it’s nothing
Rules are made to be broken
They say they have done that much in a single line
They are tolerant to a fault
I wasn’t
Those terrible numb shivers are they life bleeding away?
They came in waves each more than before
Your dying, you must be,
These feelings are not those of the living
Any moment now it’s over, visions of life lost in suffering
A universe intervention out of the blue if you will
Such is the thoughtless smile that can gather like mist in a concrete forest
With arbitrary precision to temper a moments direction
A new day born with an anxiety fear afterbirth
That should come first if we were wiser
Careful in your experimentation
Remember it s the Bermuda triangle From Columbia to Peru
